2. Biological Activity

(-)-Hinokinin은 항유전독성 및 항암 잠재력을 가지고 있습니다. (-)-Hinokinin은 동물 세포 및 박테리아 시스템에서 돌연변이 유발 효과가 없으며, DAT, NET 및 GAT-1 수송체를 표적으로 하는 불안, 주의력 결핍 과잉 행동 장애에 대한 새로운 치료제를 개발하는 도구로 사용될 수 있습니다.

1) In vitro

• The lignan (-)-hinokinin displays modulatory effects on human monoamine and GABA transporter activities.
• Mutagenicity and antimutagenicity of (-)-hinokinin a trypanosomicidal compound measured by Salmonella microsome and comet assays.

2) In vivo

• Chemopreventive effects of (-)-hinokinin against 1,2-dimethylhydrazine-induced genotoxicity and preneoplastic lesions in rat colon.
• Evaluation of the in vivo therapeutic properties of (-)-cubebin and (-)-hinokinin against Trypanosoma cruzi.

• 가능하면 당일에 용액을 준비하여 사용하는 것이 좋습니다. 그러나 미리 원액을 만들어야 하는 경우에는 -20℃에서 밀폐된 바이알에 소량씩 보관하는 것이 좋습니다. 일반적으로 최대 2주 동안 사용할 수 있습니다. 사용하기 전에 바이알을 열기 전에 제품을 실온에서 최소 1시간 동안 평형을 이루도록 하는 것이 좋습니다. ​​​​​​​

4) 주의사항 : 

• 운송 중 제품 포장이 거꾸로 뒤집혀서 천연 화합물이 바이알의 목이나 뚜껑에 달라붙었을 수 있습니다. 포장에서 바이알을 꺼내 부드럽게 흔들어 화합물이 바이알 바닥에 떨어지도록 합니다. 액체 제품의 경우 200-500 RPM으로 원심분리하여 바이알 바닥에 액체를 모으십시오. 취급 중 손실이나 오염을 피하십시오.
